don’t use tap water because it is not sterile. boil the kettle with some water wait for it to cool so that it is warm pour into contact lens pot screw on lid and shake for a couple of seconds. then fill with Solution.
hope it helped.
Wash it with antibacterial detergent and rinse with clean tap water. It is impossible for you to keep the case sterile unless you boil it, and then you’d have to keep it in a sterile environment. This is not necessary. The solution you use to soak your lenses is intended to provide protection from exposure to bacteria.
Just wash it with hot tap water and let it dry fully before filling with solution.
cleaning case is very easy use tap water and toothbrush to clean it (dont rud hardly) properly then pour solution and rinse it properly 2 to 3 times then ready to use it
The best way is just to rinse it with CL solution and then leave it open but upside down so it dries – a dry case is a much cleaner environment than a damp one.
Don’t use tap water – especially hot water – as it’s full of bugs. Don’t use detergent or anything like that.
If you want to save money you can use boiled water.
You should really change your case at most every 2 months – if it looks like it needs changed it’s way past the time it should have been and is harboring all sorts of bacteria.
