How Do I Protect My Contact Lenses from Getting Ruined?

I’m away from home and didn’t think to pack my case or anything else for my contact lenses, but i have to stay the night and i don’t think it would be safe to sleep with them on, what should I put them in so they don’t get ruined?

DO NOT put them in water. Learned this the hard way.
I’ve slept once with them in my eyes and nothing happened, but if you’re not feeling safe about it, go down to the drugstore and get some cheap solution and a case.
