How Do You Know When Is Your Contact Lens Expire?

I forgot when i bought my contact lens and when i ask the receptionist, she cannot remember also and there is no record or receipt.
I can wear the lens for a month but not sure when it expires. Can you help me?

Do the safe thing and change them…you can do damage to your eyes if they are too old.

hehe iv been wearing contacts for about 5 years now and almost 24/7 apart from when i sleep! 1st of who supplies your lenses because no record that is rediculous. but yea in answer to your question usually when u can feel them in your eye its time to change, just like if your eye gets dry or there in the wrong way (done that lots myself hehe) u can feel them. you shouldnt be able to feel them there so if u can then change. also dont worry if your do leave them in abit longer or use them past a month iv dont that loads it wont hurt them as long as you give them a days rest after!

i had bought my contact lenses about 2 years ago..since the shop told me that i could use it for 2 years.. i am not having any problems with it whatsoever..do i need to change them or can i continue using them until i face a situation?? please advise….
