How Do You Know When Is Your Contact Lens Expire?

I forgot when i bought my contact lens and when i ask the receptionist, she cannot remember also and there is no record or receipt.

I can wear the lens for a month but not sure when it expires. Can you help me?

    Do the safe thing and change them…you can do damage to your eyes if they are too old.

    yes i can help :D hehe iv been wearing contacts for about 5 years now and almost 24/7 apart from when i sleep! 1st of who supplies your lenses because no record that is rediculous. but yea in answer to your question usually when u can feel them in your eye its time to change, just like if your eye gets dry or there in the wrong way (done that lots myself hehe) u can feel them. you shouldnt be able to feel them there so if u can then change. also dont worry if your do leave them in abit longer or use them past a month iv dont that loads it wont hurt them as long as you give them a days rest after! :)

    i had bought my contact lenses about 2 years ago..since the shop told me that i could use it for 2 years.. i am not having any problems with it whatsoever..do i need to change them or can i continue using them until i face a situation?? please advise….
