How Do You Know Which Kind of Contacts to Buy? Please Help, It's My First Time.?

I’ve got vague instructions to buy one contact with a toric lens, and one other contact which may or may not have some level of prescription. (I need to get an other eye test). They both need to be tinted or colored or some other method of blocking some of the light that gets into the lens. (to ease my light sensitivity.)

This is my first tI ame wearing contacts, so I’d like to try to find a pair that will not irritate my eyes to much. My eyes are very sensitive. I read that air permeable contacts would help with that. True? Are there better options for non irritation? Are they compatible with the toric and the light filtering/color?

Would someone please tell me how to sort through the offers for contacts, and find a pair that meets all of my doc’s orders? Thanks for your help.

You need to have a contact lens prescription from your eye doctor. This will tell you which contact lens specifically to order for each eye. It will include the brand, diameter, base curve, and prescription.

The doctor will give you all the information you need to order contact lenses. This is not something you can determine yourself.
