1. Always keep them clean when you aren’t using them. They should be in a contact case filled near to the brim with saline solution like Sensitive Eyes Plus.
2. When putting them in, use a mirror if you’re just a beginner. If you drop the contact or accidentally fold it, wash it around in the saline solution in the contact case, and then try again.
3. Make sure they aren’t inside out. When you look at them the sides shouldn’t flip out, and instead will be a perfect half-circle.
4. If eyes are dry or itchy, use water drops to recondition them.
5. Never leave contacts alone and not in a solution(use water if desparate) because they will dry out and crack!
