You really shouldn’t store them in the same solution for more than 30 days. However, the only way to know is to check. Take them out and look at them. If they appear to be in the same condition then take some fresh solution, rinse both sides of the lens and rub them lightly with your thumb and forefinger to give them a fresh cleansing. Then put them in your eyes. Give them a few hours and if you have no redness or discomfort then you’re fine. If they start to bother you, or your eyes turn red then they’re not good anymore. And next time, change the solution every 30 days!!
