I’m planning to get some contact lenses. I was wondering how much would it cost to get enough for 3 months?

It depends on where you go and what brand you’re looking for. I buy my contacts at BJ’s (similar to Sams’s Club and Costco) and I pay $30 per box. Walmart charges $45 for the same brand, and they use 1-800 contacts so they charge the same amount online.
Depending on the brand, I’ve seen them as low as $15 a box at some stores as well. I have an astigmatism so I think mine are a little more expensive than others.
Once you get your prescription, ask for a free pair. Some eye doctors will give you 2 free pairs. Then, take your prescription around to several different stores and compare the prices. Some Optometry stores charge way more than others, some are way cheaper. If you have a membership for Sam’s or Costco, check there as well for pricing.
