im 15 and last year i got a regular exam for glasses and it was free since i had medicare, is it also free for a contact len exam?

It depends how your medicare works. But for optical examinations there ussually is a co-pay. You should ask your parents who carry the plan whether contact lenses and the fitting are covered since they are considered extra to the glasses.
