How Much Would It Cost for Custom Colored Contacts for an Astigmatism?

I have a pretty bad astigmatism and my contacts have to be somewhat custom made/ordered… I really want a pair of colored contacts and whenever I go they say mine have to be hand painted… I was just wondering how much would it maybe cost?

This can pose fitting problems and getting the right fit may take numerous visits to your optometrist’s office. Without knowing the recommended BC (base curve) of your eye and the Diameter of the lenses you need, one might estimate that colored contacts (toric) and if they really need to be custom made may run somewhere between 200 to 400 dollars a year (if they can be fit at all). Your optometrist would be able to tell you exactly.
