How Old Do You Have to Be to Wear Contact Lenses?

When i was little the doctor said 17 or something..but maybe things have changed now? Is there an age restriction for contact lens?

i think i got mine at 13, or maybe even 12
I got mine when I was like 12…
i got mine at 11…im 13 now.
noo no no you can wear contacts basically at any age.
most kids start wearing them at 12
at least my eyeglass wearing friends did hah
but yeah theres no age restriction, but i doubt any kids under 10 wear contacts because its just not necessary.
It totally depends upon the child and how responsible they are.My little girl is 12 years old and she is doing great with her contacts…no problems.Good Luck.

for me i got them when i was 15 lol
there’s no age limit for contact lenses at all! i got mine in 6th grade. u just have to make sure u don’t lose them, take care of them, keep them clean (like adding new solution every day), etc.
