there isn’t a specific age, you can wear them as long as you take care of them and if you can afford them! they don’t come in all colors if you buy them from the store, but an eye doctor would probably have more colors available for you to choose from
I started wearing my colored contacts when I was 15. I have brown eyes but I got some aqua blue contact lenses because they look awesome.
My favorites are the ones from http://www.cococontacts.com because they come in 7 different colours. My favorite are Blue contacts, then green colored contacts, then Aqua.
I highly recommend those! You don’t even need a prescription to buy them either, they are so great
