How to Know if Contact Lens Is Expired?
I m using a powered Jonson n johnson soft contact lens and I bought a box of 3 pairs, the optician told me one pair is good for one month hence the box is good for 3 months and after one month I should change to another pair but how would I know that its tI ame to change as it doesnt make any difference to me even after completing one month with same pair.

If you rip your lense, it expires. If they turn yellow, they are expired. If they are uncomfortable, they are expired. I wear disposeable lenses also and I change mine whenever they become uncomfortable. I usually get about 2 months out of each set of lenses before they start drying out on me too much.
I use Acuvue 2 and for me they usually turn hard and are uncomfortable to wear. It’s also harder to get them out and my vision isn’t very clear.
Maybe you should change them after a month even though they feel the same…just to be on the safe side.
