How to Tell if a Contact Lens Is Old?

I recently got contact lenses and I love them. I think I got the 2-week ones but is there a way to tell if it is tI ame to throw-out a contact lens? Will it be more irritating or something? Or do I sI amply have to record every 2 weeks when to throw them out?

nah you don’t have to record it. I have the 2-week disposable ones and wear them pretty much every day. When they start feeling gritty and dry I throw them out. Just make sure you clean out the case after inserting them in your eye. I usually leave the case open to dry. Never reuse solution.
