If You Wear Contact Lenses Alot Is It Bad?

I put my contact lenses in at 8am and take them out around 10pm. Is this bad for my eyes?

That’s pretty much exactly what I do. Most optometrists say that your eyes will become accustomed to it and in the long term will form irritations. I recommend not doing that everyday. Maybe try wearing glasses occasionally? It also depends on the type of contacts your wearing. The every day disposables aren’t very good for that kind of use.
Not at all. I’ve been wearing contacts for over twenty years, and I wear them all day every day. So don’t worry….they won’t harm your eyes.
