I bought a contact lens that is good for 12 months. Is it ok to wear them daily? I work 10 hours/ day in front of a computer.

totally fine. Take them out during relaxation though. It saves them.
Yes that’s perfectly okay, I used to not even own glasses so I’d have to wear my contacts daily and all day. As long as you don’t sleep with them in you should have no problem.
Yeah you can wear contacts lens daily but obviously not when you’re asleep.
Remember to clean them.

i’m supposed to wear my contacts eight hours a day every day and occasionally i even sleep in them so it’s all good, nothing will happen.
I actually have the ones that you can sleep in. They are great you just change them once a month and thats about it!
