Is It Okay to Lie About Wearing Colored Contact Lenses?

I’m getting gray colored contact lenses soon, I want gray eyes, but the only way I can have gray eyes is if I have contacts, is it okay to lie about not wearing colored contacts when in fact you actually are?

Okay speaking from experience, it irritates me like CRAZY when people clearly lie about not wearing contacts. I had a friend in high school that won prettiest eyes, and she wore blue contacts, and so many people were pissed when they found out.
Trust me, it’s almost always better not to lie. Tell the truth.

its not really a big deal. haha its not like your lying about something thats life changing.
i’ved lied about that, i bought these greenish colored contacts ( i have blue eyes) and the outcome looked like i had teal colored eyes, and i told people that the rain had that effect on my eyes, haha its not a big deal.
I wouldn’t lie about it, people can tell you have contacts in when they look you in the eye, especially colored contacts. Its just like you can tell if someone dies their hair. People who are close to you are going to find out anyway & colored contacts are not a big deal. So I wouldn’t lie about it.
Hah who cares I’ve worn colored contacts like my whole life and people just assume they’re my natural eyes, I don’t correct them and it doesn’t hurt anybody. :]

You do not need to lie about wearing color contacts, people know and they wear them too. People ask me if I wear contact lenses, because my eye color is light brown with grayish outer color. I do not know why but all my family has the same eye color like me.
well i have the darkest eyes evver—there like black-ish brown(the darkest) and i wear bright green contacts—i have just tanned my skin and they look SOO AWESOME ON ME…,and pepl just assume there my real color and they complement me–i dont say anything—but if some one asks me if my eyes r really green–i just smile and say-"nops,im wearing prescribed contacts,y do u ask?" LOOOLZ
anyways–its not such a big deal about lying for such a small thing….
