Is It Okay to Wear Contact Lenses After You Swim?

I’m sorry for asking this twice – but no one really answered my question on my last board thing.

I’m going nude swimming tomorrow in a chlorine-pool at my friend’s house.
I’m taking off my lenses, putting them in solution, then going swimming.
After I’ve swam, can I I ammediately put in the contact lenses? Or will that not be safe?

PLEASE answer me this tI ame!
Thank you!

It is definitely safe! You always want to keep your lenses clean and swimming with them on will expose them to all sorts of things like dirt and bacteria, which stick to your lenses and can cause eye infections or irritation.

wow that sucks no one answered your question the first time. well i have contacts and swim on a daily basis. there is nothing wrong with putting your contacts back in after you swim but i would recommend not doing that because it really burns your eyes since no matter how much you wash your hands the chlorine is on them for the rest of the day and burns when you put them in. trust me, ive tried it before,
