Is It Okay to Wear Contact Lenses Everyday?

I always get headache if I wear glasses, so i wear contact lens every day, 7-10 hours per day.

As long as you don’t keep them in days at a time, and you clean your contacts and eyes everytime you put them in and take them out.
Same here.But I consulted optometrists(opticians) and they told me it’s better to have at least 1 day rest per week.To wear eyeglass instead of contact lens at least once a week.
