i dont see anything rong with it.
if by wrong you mean illegal, then no. otherwise, i dont see why not! but personally, i wouldnt if i were you because you should be happy with the color you have!!
there is nothing wrong with it.. it will only be wrong if you wear a color that doesnt match with your color skin. hair. etc but then it doesnt matter if you are a man or a woman
