Is There Really a Difference Between the 1 Day Contact Lenses and the 2 Week Ones?
I bought the daily disposable contact lenses. You are supposed to wear them once and toss them. Prior to these, I had the ones where you wore them for up to two weeks, taking them out and cleaning them at night.
Is there really a difference between the dailys and the two week contacts? Can I use the daily ones for a day, take them out and wash/store them and wear them the next day?

The material that the two types of lenses are made from are very different. The one-day material is very thin and will not stand up to 2 weeks of wear. You would be putting your eyes at a great risk of infection if you were to wear them longer than one day.
If they are only for one day that means that they are only meant to be put in your eye once. The 2 week ones are stronger to last that long.
The one day ones let more oxygen to your eyes since you will only have to wear them for one day. Where the 2 week ones let in less air since they have to be stronger.
I wear the 2 week ones where you have to take them out every night. Then put them back in your eye in the morning.
