you cant just covert. must have curvature measurements & have a contact lens Rx. need to go back & get "fitted"

Cyl- it is necessary if your lenses correct for astigmatism. Measured in diopters, it tellsyou how much astigmatism you have. Negative sign means myopic astigmatism and plus sign means hyperopic astigmatism.
Axis- A measurement necessary for contact lenses that correct for astigmatism. It indicates the orientation of cylinder in lens in order to compensate for cornea’s oval rather than round shape. It is expressed in degrees.

    Don’t know about sph.

Yes. I can do that. But first I must know your complete eyeglass prescription, the size and shape of your eye, what kind of lenses you are expecting, (hard, soft, etc.).
Do you think that the measurements of your eyes would have anything to do with what lens is prescribed?
If you come into my office, we can try a T.25 in the right eye and a T.75 in the left.
Maybe your doctor would tell you what a
    T.25 lens is.
