OS and OD for Colored Contact Lenses?

I am ordering some colored contact lenses online so I can change my eye color. I am still going to wear my glasses so I can see. In the form I’m filling out, it asks for OD and OS. Do I still have to give those numbers, even though I’m not using the contacts to correct my vision?

yes. plus you still must have a valid Rx for colored contacts, even if you’re ordering them "powerless".
powerless =/= "non-prescription". still must have a prescription.
