How much higher is the glasses prescription supposed to be when compraed to the contacts lenses prescription

EX: If my contacts prescription is -3.00 for both eyes what is the prescription supposed to be for glasses? or is there no set prescription?

I think I’ve exceeded the wearing lI amit for my first pair of contacts [last for a month, been wearing it for two months or so], and I’m confused on how to dispose them properly.

Do I put it in the contacts lens case and throw them away in the garbage? Like throw the case AND the lenses with it?

I have been wearing contact lenses for more than 10 years and never had any problem. Starting recently, I all of the sudden feel uncomfortableness right after I put them on. Feels like something is in between the lens and my eyeball, especially my left eye. I tried brand new lenses and felt the same way.

I’m using Acuvue Oasys.

What could be the reason?

I have already tried Acuvue with hydraclear for astigmatism, they were the worst contacts i have ever tried.

I’ve worn glasses for about 4 or 5 years now, but I only use them for seeing things that are far away, so I didn’t really need contacts because I only wore my glasses during school at certain tI ames for the board. But now I’ve been wearing them a lot because everything is honestly better clearer and I wear them when I play tennis. I’m on my college tennis team so I play just about everyday, so what would be the best lenses for my situation?

Will wearing contact lens harm our eyes in the future?
I wanted to buy non-prescription color contacts, but my mom said that it will result in severe after effects when I’m older. And because of that, I’m not allowed to buy contact lens. So, I’m just wondering whether what my mom said, is true or an excuse for me to not buy contacts. ^
I just wanted to try using contacts and my eyes do not require any sort of correction.

I wear contact lenses that i can put in the thrash can after 1 month of using them. When i remove my contact lenses, i put them in a little case which i fill with a special cleaning fluid and then i lay my lenses in it and the fluid cleans my lenses.

I heard i may not lay my lenses in plain, regular water, but that i need to lay them in this special fluid every tI ame. Is this true or can i just use regular water?
