Q&a: Does Wearing a Daily Disposable Contact Lens on the Next Day Is Very Harmful?

Question by : does wearing a daily disposable contact lens on the next day is very harmful?
ok suppose it’s on the worst case scenario that i forgot to bring my new daily disposable contact lens to be worn on the next day, BUT i just thoroughly clean it with multi purpose solution or all-in one solution and soaked them overnight. would it still be safe to wear?
i mean, does the content/materials used in the daily contact lens, monthly, and annual soft contact lens are different?
pls advice
thanks

What REALLY happens when you wear contact lenses longer than recommended?

Best Case
Your contacts will will get coated with germs and protein, your eyes will get red and irritated, and you’ll have to wear glasses until your eyes feel better.
 Worst Case
You’ll develop an infectious corneal ulcer that may lead to scar tissue which can lead to vision loss, and even blindness. Symptoms of an infectious corneal ulcer include squinting, redness, pain, tearing, and small pupil size.
1.Cleaning and disinfecting disposable contacts won’t make a difference. After you’ve worn them for the recommended time period, they’re done. You have the facts, now you make the call.
