Systane Eyedrops: Suitable for Use When Wearing My Contact Lenses?

On the website it says that the eyedrops should be applied 10 mins before putting your contact lenses in, but on the box it says nothing about wear with contacts.. So would i be alright, if my eyes get dry whilst wearing my contacts, to put some Systane in them? Or would i get a bad reaction or ruin my contacts?
Oh, and i wear soft contact lenses.

Systane is fine for CL wearers with their lenses in; generally, if you are using a tear 3-4 times a day, tears with preservatives are OK; if use is more like every 1-2 hours, preservative-free tears are recommended. Many, many CL wearers suffer from dry eye. Depending on your exact problem, you may benefit from plugs or Restasis as well.
