I’ve just gotten new contact lenses today. I did wear it before but it was months ago. I brought new solutions for the lenses called Opti-Free Replenish. Its multi-purpose disinfecting solution. The thing is, I remember using eye drops when I wore contact lenses. Can I use this Opti-Free Replenish as my eye drop? If not, which brand of eye drop do you recommend me to use for my lenses?

I stopped wearing glasses a few years ago and have been wearing soft contacts ever since. However, as I don’t own a pair of glasses, I wear my contact lenses pretty much 10+ hours a day, 7 days a week. Also, a 3-month supply can last me up to a year – they still seem fine after a month so why should I throw them out?

Just wondering what the long term effect of this is? I am looking at purchasing a pair of glasses soon, but I’m just wondering if damage is already done.

Oh, and my prescription is -3 if that matters at all.
It’s not a matter that I dont know how to put them in or take care of them. I have plenty of solution and clean them frequently, plus use eye drops in the odd case my eyes to get dry.

hey I am getting my acuvue advance contacts lenses and i had the trial pair and i used opti free contact lens solution and it made my eyes irritated sometI ames and my eyes got dry after a few hrs. what other contact lean solutions can i use so my eyes wont get irritated. and what kind of eye drops can i use so my eyes dont get dry? please help me. thanks!

EverytI ame i wear my contact lenses my eyes become red and irritated..

- I just got contact lenses about three days ago. Every tI ame I put them on I see a little blurry with them. I said I’d wait a few days, maybe my eyes just have to get used to it, but I still see blurry with them. Why is that?
