I am going to start the free trial of "Acuvue 2 Colors" contact lenses. i dont need glasses or contacts, but yoyou can get these without any power in them.

I went on the Freshlook contacts page and printed out a free trial certificate. do you need to schedule an appointment for that?? i wear contacts and was wondering if i could just go up to the store and have them give me a pair without an exam since they already know what size and everything i have.

Hey,
I was wondering is the eye glasses prescription the same as contact lens prescription? At my optometrist office, they told me it costs extra to find out your contact lens eye prescription exam [ or something with a free trial] and I think 0 for prescription exam and half a year lens or something like that. Hey, I just signed up for a free trial of color contacts and they sent me the certificate through email. Now i have to print it out and go to a eye doctor to get the free trial of contact. I was just wondering do i have to pay for anything else when i get there to get the free trial of color contact? Do i have to pay for eye exams or anything?

the reason why i asked if there were any free trials online is because my eye doctor actually charges a visit and a contact fitting appointment..i have contacts already btw. but anyways i just dont think that is very fair to have to pay that much money and on top of that if i like the colored contacts buy those too..my aunt went to get colored contacts and she has a different eye doctor, when she was there for her eye examine they let her try any colors she wanted she didnt have to make a new appointment. idk why my doctor is doing that..thanks!

I just got an eyeglass prescripion from my optometrist the other day. He mentioned that I might want to think about getting contact lenses, so I did. And I think I kind of do.

I’m not really wnating to committ yet, but acuvue sends out free trial certificates so I thought I’d get one of those.

So my questions are:
-Can you buy contacts with an eyeglass prescription?
-Do I need any other measurements, what are they?
-Do I need to go back to the optometrist for these measurements (I’d rather not, I think my mom will be irritates that I had to get two separate appointments for what could’ve been one).
-If I need to get these other measurements, why don’t people who want colour contacts (who don’t have vision problems) not need a presciption?

Hello I have never worn contact before and i am afraid to jump in and get and brand. I have asked around and everybody i know all like and prefers different brands.
