That’s not up to us. You need to see your eye doctor. That’s the only way you can even buy contacts. You need a perscription.
YOu can not guess your contact lens prescrition. It will not be the same as your eyeglass prescription becuase contacts sit closer to the eye, hence need to be less powerful. Also, the prescription of a contact lens is adjusted according to the curvature of the lens, which is dependant on the curvature of your eye. See an optometrist to fit these. DO NOT attempt to buy online, as i guaruntee that your glasses prescription will not be your contact lens prescription. ALso, you can not guess the curvature of your eye, so it is likely they won’t fit and will slide everywhere when you blink, rendering them too uncomfortable to wear. It will be a waste of money guessing your prescription since the lenses you get will not fit. I am an optometry student and attempted to guess my prescription at the end of my 1st year…..they never fit and hurt enormously! In my second year when we studied contact lenses more, I found out why….I has estimated completely wrong. Once you know your prescription, then you can start buying online and save money.
