You can’t order contacts with a prescription like that. You need one made for contacts that will also include the base curve of the contacts needed.

That is a glasses Rx , the spherical number will change when converted to contacts because of that 0.50 cylinder.

Numbers like 415 and 421 don’t even exist , I don’t know where you are seeing those.

You have to go to the Dr. and be fitted for contacts first. You can’t order online with no clue what you are doing. A contact Rx will have all the info needed on it.

what ever given is your prescription for your contacts but your kerato meter finding is missing also if it is your first glass prescription better go for spectacle lens after use of 6 months you , C AN TEST FOR CONTACTS ACCEPTABILITYAND GO FOR CONTACTS

  • RayofLight says:

Assuming that the prescription you have given is for spectacles, the power of your contacts should be

    O.D.: -4.25DS
    O.S.: -4.25DS

This is the spherical equivalent conversion, based on a vertex distance of 12mm.

    Hope this helps
