What's the Best Way to Remove Protein Deposits from My Contact Lenses?

I bought yearly disposable lenses from my optometrist, and they only lasted for about 6 or 7 months because i never cleaned them properly (reused the old solution in the contact case alot :( big mistake!) and now they’re really itchy and slide around my eyes and i can only wear them for about 3hrs at most…what can i do to totally remove all the protein deposits from my lenses and possibly restore them??

The lens are either damaged or you may have some damage to your cornea. Go to your optometrist and get it checked out. You probably wont be able to restore it if its damaged. Typically, cleaning it overnight with solution will remove all protein from it, so im assuming that its something more than just protein deposits.
