is it possible to get colored contact lenses which don’t alter your vision but just change the color off your eyes. because i have boring brown eyes and want to change them to blue.

Yes. Just go to an optometrist. You can def. get different color contacts that won’t affect your vision. The only thing though is that they may have you do an eye exam.

Yes they have them online, look around. They mainly come around during halloween time.
Yes it is possible. You need to go to an opticians and ask about them.
You can get them without prescription in them (if you have good vision).
Never buy from anywhere else but an opticians, the ones in some poxy little shops are cheap but not good for your eyes. Plus they don’t look natural.
