well why don’t you use google and search for "color lenses".
and the colour he wears is honey or hazel. which is very usual.

Your local optic shop, that’s where I buy all my contacts, and to be more specific, the name of the color is ‘Honey’ that’s the color the contact manufacturers call it

Go to a vision center. That’s all you can really do. Then tell them you want to have Cullen eyes. It would be amusing to see what they say.
