There are many websites that will let you order them without a prescription, but not in the US. There are some I am sure, but the laws here are so restrictive that it’s hard to find them. Even some overseas sites will not ship to the US. I have tried. All you have to do is google search for color contact lenses. http://www.wildeyes.com is one that I have looked at before. There will be a lot of links from the google search.
Wal mart will not sell them without a prescription, I have tried there too.
if you live near the hood .. you could go to a beauty supply store .. they have every color under the rainbow

Wal-mart does sell them with no prescription, but you have to get the eye exam, which is usually $80. Try 1800contacts.com.
